We will redo any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service (length, shape, thickness, color etc). As soon as you have walked out the salon door, we believe that you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails or pedicure.

• Appointment: We encourage you to arrive at least 5 to 10 prior to your schedule to allow plenty of time to pick out colors or to soak your feet. If you are going to be late, kindly inform our salon at least one hour before. If you are late by 15 minutes without informing us prior to your scheduled appointment, our staff are entitled to move to other customers.
• Personal Item: JK Signature Nails & Spa is not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged during services or left behind. This includes if you drop your phone on the floor or in water. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
• Payment: Methods Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Zelle/- CashApp/Venmo are acceptable tenders for all services and products. Checks will not be accepted. Unfortunately we are unable to add gratuities for technicians to credit or gift cards.
• Gift Certificate: Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

Additionally, JK Signature Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen gift cards. Lastly, gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
